摘要: Fluid resuscitation in the acutely ill must take into consideration numerous elements, including intravenous solution itself, phase of resuscitation, and strategies toward volume management which are paramount. With advancement understanding implementation aggressive fluid has also come a greater awareness resultant toxicity, especially those that suffer acute kidney injury, realization there is continued ambiguity with regard to mitigation removal resuscitated patient. As such, discussion regarding solutions continues evolve as it pertains their effect on metabolic function, electrolytes, ultimately patient outcome. In section below, we review foundations critically different available this context, composition, physiologic properties, safety efficacy data "renal-safe" options.
