摘要: Abstract Problem Adolescence is a critical developmental period, but little research available on the quality of life for individuals ages 10–19, especially those who have faced life-threatening illness. This integrative review examines factors related to among survivors childhood cancer that occurred during adolescence. Eligibility Criteria The Garrard Matrix Method guided this studies were conducted from 1990 2017. Studies eligible if participants diagnosed with adolescence, followed survivorship diagnosis treatment completion, and health-related measures taken. Sample Fifteen articles met inclusion criteria. Results Most adolescence reported physical psychological scores similar to, or higher than, healthy controls. Risk poorer type cancer, treatment, late effects, time since diagnosis. Factors better older age, positive feelings such as happiness optimism, social support, coping strategies. used Short Form-36 PedsQL Generic Core Scales measure life. Conclusions Protective support subjective positively affected Implications In order promote best patient outcomes, relevant protective improve should be incorporated in long-term care plans
