摘要: Recent pharmacological and molecular biological studies have identified two distinct subpopulations of Ang II receptors, designated AT1 AT2 (1–5). Most the known physiological functions are mediated by receptor. In contrast, functional roles receptor not yet become apparent. The is widely distributed in adult tissues, whereas exhibits widespread abundant expression fetal tissues including skin, tongue, brain, skeletal muscles but decreases dramatically rapidly after birth (1, 4–6). also present ovary skin where its strictly regulated (7–9). this study, to provide a basis for elucidating local renin-angiotensin system through ovary, we examined change content rat ovarian under several conditions as well biochemical properties.
