摘要: Introduction: Exaggerated blood pressure response to physical exercise in normotensive people has been the subject of many studies, as it may develop into hypertension or early cardiac alterations. The exaggerated was studied a group of normotensive individuals Material and Methods: A sample 271 individuals both sexes, aged between 20 65 were studied. They all had health questionnaire, examination, recording, 12-lead ECG, Doppler echocardiography, ergometric test 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Simple analysis variables their relationship, bivariate multivariate analysis, multiple linear regression applied. Results: Exaggerated found 23.4 men 23.9 of women. In simple there is definitive correlation between exaggerated main variables, especially in women, considering entire sample. In multivariate relationship with left ventricular mass the women younger men. There no exaggerate pressure response filling, only an association diastolic non dipper condition men. However, h. systolic arterial pressure, and women. also pulse for sexes. With other variables results are more uneven. Conclusions: Exaggerate related ventricle in women young general higher can be observed women, which suggests that gender behaves effect modifying variable.
