摘要: Abstract A novel ferroelectric system, 0.2Pb(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 –0.8Pb(Sn 0.46 Ti 0.54 with MnO 2 addition (PMNST-Mn), was prepared. The dielectric, and piezoelectric properties were investigated. results demonstrated that the of suppressed dielectric relaxor behavior PMNST. With increase addition, diffuse phase transition (DPT) weakened gradually. contributed to decrease loss (tan δ ) enhancement polarization. optimum obtained when is 0.75 mol%, remnant polarization ( P r mechanical quality factor Q m about 25% 60% higher than those PMNST, respectively. It suggested formation oxygen vacancies made important contribution suppressing improving electrical PMNST due substitution Mn for B -site. This work provided a practicable strategy tune ferroelectrics.
