摘要: Abstract To determine the role of miR-25 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), we first detected expression clinical specimens and lines by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. The levels were elevated plasma NSCLC patients lines. Transfection A549 95-D cells with a inhibitor resulted reduced proliferation enhanced apoptosis. Moreover, modulator apoptosis 1 (MOAP1) gene was identified as novel target miR-25. ability to promote block is attributable its effect on MOAP1 suppression. In addition, antagomir significantly inhibited growth via upregulation mouse xenograft model. Collectively, these data demonstrate that an important biomarker for cancer, promotes inhibits negatively regulating expression.
