摘要: Adenosine is an endogenous purine nucleoside, which produced during metabolic stress, including inflammatory insults and tissue injury, its extracellular level robustly increases in response to damage. Extracellular adenosine orchestrates immune/inflammatory responses by activating receptors on the surface of innate adaptive immune cells. The four receptors, A1, A2A, A2B, A3, are G protein-coupled membrane can be expressed every cell. This book chapter summarizes our knowledge about modulatory effect focusing effects various cell populations.
