摘要: Abstract Several pathogenesis-related (PR) genes of apple have been cloned and their response to different pathogens has studied. Different PR genes, however, may a variable depending on the specific organ or tissue as well microbe. The objective current study was characterize expression in fruit tissues antagonistic yeast, Candida oleophila (a common postharvest biocontrol agent), fungal pathogen, Botrytis cinerea major pathogen). Apple PR-5 PR-8 gene characterized C. B. . Results indicated that significantly elevated both fungi. In contrast, neither nor treatment markedly affected expression. then synthesized into Pichia pastoris system antifungal activity protein against vitro vivo Collectively, is associated with infection, play role mechanism by which effectively inhibits disease fruit, namely induction this host gene.
