摘要: Intestinal absorption of colostral lymphoid cells was studied in 23 piglets four sows (sows A, B, C and D). From the colostrum blood were isolated with Ficoll-Paque labelled technetium (Na99mTcO4). In 7th hour after birth, 5-ml volumes cell suspensions injected, following laparotomy, directly into stomach (piglets sow A) or jejunum B), whereas D received through a naso-oesophageal tube. Cryostat sections duodenum, lymph node samples killed by bleeding 8 h treatment examined autoradiography. It found that present piglet's own mother absorbed from digestive tract and, via lymphatic vessels, transported to mesenteric nodes. Electron microscopy revealed took place intercellularly. Colostral other than observed only epithelial layer mucous membrane. The sows' heat-treated not absorbed. results indicate pig, an animal having epitheliochorial placenta, are hence, they can confer active cellular immunity on newborn piglets.
