摘要: There are significant numbers of nutrient sensing G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) that can be found in cells the immune system and tissues involved metabolic function, such as pancreas or intestinal epithelium. The family free fatty acid (FFAR1-4, GPR84), plus a few other metabolite (GPR109A, GPR91, GPR35) have been for this reason focus studies linking effects nutrients with immunological responses. A number beneficial anti-inflammatory credited to dietary fats omega-3 acids attributed their actions on FFAR4.This might play an important protective role development obesity, insulin resistance asthma. short-chain resulting from fermentation fibre by microbiota regulating acute inflammatory responses is also discussed. Finally we assess therapeutic potential treat pathologies where inflammation major factor type 2 diabetes, whether use novel synthetic molecules modulation individual's diet.
