摘要: The mitochondrial respiratory chain consists of several coenzymes (CoQ), including CoQ1, CoQ2, CoQ4, CoQ6, CoQ7, CoQ8, CoQ9, and CoQ10. Q10 is the most prevalent form in humans mammals, Q9 primary found rats, mice, guinea pigs. On other hand, Q6, Q7, Q8 are yeast bacteria. Most literature concerning importance CoQ10 attenuating various health problems has been reviewed; it demonstrates nutritional supplementation to combat against diseases. safety profile 100–200 mg regular quite promising, as no adverse effects have reported from clinical trials using daily supplements up 200 for 6–12 months 100 6 years. In cardiovascular diseases, cardiomyopathy, significantly low levels myocardial tissues proved heart It shown that, unlike CoQ10, not extensively studied. So purpose this review highlight whether CoQs, especially equally cardioprotective provide similar benefits.
