摘要: The invention relates to a processing method of dried sweet potato. mainly comprises the following steps: firstly, performing saccharification treatment on fresh potatoes; secondly, cleaning, peeling, cutting strips, and then putting into saline solution for blanching draining off; drained potato stripes distilling pan; meanwhile, adding honey, cooking fishing out until 70 80 percent maturity is reached; drying by using an airing or surfaces are dry hard; finally, deep frying, vacuum oil leaking, cooling packaging obtain finished product. By adopting potato, disclosed invention, no chemical agent adopted in process, so that fragrance can be retained, processed high nutrient value, low content color, more beneficial health human body; seasoning, demands different consuming groups tastes met.
