摘要: The structure of the extracellular matrix polysaccharide (ECMP) Opuntia ficus-indica was studied by transmission and scanning electron microscopy image analysis. In isolated form, in solution, ECMP appears long unbranched. Linear mass measurements indicate that, aggregation chains into bundles occurs. gelling properties at various pHs gels' junction zones were using Alcian blue 8GX as an artificial agent. ECMP-Alcian are electrostatic nature. They constructed from parallel strands cross-bridged molecules with lateral axial repeats 30 35 A, respectively. Similar structures can be formed polygalacturonic, alginic, hyaluronic acids heparin. Parallel studies on polysaccharides morphology, transported Golgi vesicles matrix, carried out thin sections stained for polysaccharides.
