Health-related quality of life of women in marginal areas of Kermanshah and some related factors

摘要: Background: Quality of life is an important and applicable concept in the realm social health welfare. This study was carried out to investigate health-related quality women living marginal areas Kermanshah some related factors. Methods: cross-sectional conducted on a sample 555 people that were selected from 6 city by multistage sampling method, completed WHOQOL-BREF Security Sense questionnaires. Data analyzed SPSS-18 software using independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation multiple regression tests. Results: The mean age respondents 32.5±12.7 65.9% them married. highest lowest scores respondents’ reported for physical domain (55.6±17.4) environmental (44.7±16.0), respectively. results test showed women’s QOL domains explained "security sense" "health status" followed "marital "physical activity" variables. Conclusion: not acceptable level, their variables such as sense", status", activity".
