摘要: Abstract Certain difficulties in daily life activities appear and quality of (QoL) begins to deteriorate with old age. This study aimed at determining QoL living (ADL) elderly people rural areas Eskisehir, identifying applicable factors this regard. Cross-sectional managed reach 1301 (81.3%) people. Face-to-face interviews the WHOQOL-BREF scale questionnaire were applied evaluate activities, as well instrumental all which contained sociodemographic features. comprised four domains grades between 0 20. Those who received help from others execution these labelled “dependent”, those partial aid during “partially dependent”, did not receive any their “independent” individuals. Average age contacted was 71.52 ± 5.18 (ranging 65–91 years); 675 them women (51.9%), 626 men (48.1%). Three hundred eighty-seven (29.7%) had no medically diagnosed illnesses, whereas 18 (1.4%) bedridden. With older age, exception social environmental areas, got even worse women, widows, illiterates, bedridden diseases. As more dependent on issues such housework, shopping, traveling, transporting bathing, meal preparation. No distinction identified dressing, toilet use, urine bowel continence eating. a conclusion, cases where diseases present, that somehow worse. It concluded medicosocial services for would be prioritized studies chronic re-evaluated.
