摘要: A 10-year-old boy with osteosarcoma and normal renal function manifested laboratory evidence of impending toxicity extreme elevation aspartate aminotrasferase alanine aminotransferase within 2 hours after the completion a 4-hour infusion high-dose methotrexate (MTX) (12 g/m2), went on to develop acute failure life-threatening hyperkalemia 29 later. Although his recovered completely leucovorin, hemodialysis, charcoal hemoperfusion, carboxypeptidase G2, we present this case emphasize that signs may be as early MTX infusion, suggest monitoring for should perhaps begin few infusion.
