摘要: Cross-border investments represent a substantial share of venture capital activities. We use new and comprehensive dataset on worldwide to analyze the internationalization financing. Our results from perspectives (i) capitalists, (ii) portfolio companies, (iii) companies’ countries (iv) pairs capitalists’ suggest that some factors, such as viable stock markets, boost by domestic well foreign capitalists. Therefore, our are interest not only academics but also policy makers who want foster growth local industry companies.
