摘要: In order to detect the surface concentration of proteins adsorbed on a solid for selecting blood compatible materials, gentle iodination reagent, Iodogen, was used label human serum albumin and fibrinogen, has been applied study protein adsorption properties plate titanium oxide film. The yields labelled fibrinogen are 69.7% 49.6%. results show that [125I]HSA [125I]HFG efficacious at detection can be investigate material.
