摘要: Eighteen entire male Saanen goats (liveweight range 5 to 115 kg; carcass weight 2 52 age young mature) and 19 females 17 64 8 32 kg several months were slaughtered. Carcasses dissected into fat, muscle bone. Based on allometric regression relationships an increase in from 10 30 was accompanied by a decline 60.5 59.9% for the males, but 61.8 51.5% females. The greater content female carcasses reflected fat 10.6 33.7%, while only 11.7 15.5%. Over same weight, bone decreased 24.7 14.1% females, 23.4 20.4% males.
