摘要: This paper presents a study of body and carcass components wether goats slaughtered over liveweight range 17 to 74 kg. Linear regressions allometric growth equations are presented describing the organs relative fasted live weight. Regressions indicate that makes up 50.4%, fat 14.8%, skin 5.3%, head 6.8%, channel caul 7.8% each kg increase in Prediction at 36 is compared with published data relating wild caught feral goats.
