摘要: The loss of lithium during solution heat treatment various commercial Al-Li alloy sheets as a function the environment is investigated. thickness soft layer formed due to solutionizing at 530‡C for 30 min in laboratory air, argon and salt bath environments determined by microhardness measurements. Li from surfaces interpreted with help normalized profiles. Results showed that prior Li-depleted does not hinder further has relatively little effect on Li. tensile strength depletion peak-aged condition found be more pronounced 1 mm thick sheet than 1.5 or 2 sheets. Possible reasons 8090 series alloys after are discussed. Explanations observed ductile fracture features layers offered.
