Measurements of the diffusion rate of lithium in aluminum at low temperature by elastic recoil detection analysis

摘要: The diffusion coefficient of lithium in aluminum has been investigated as a function temperature between 150 and 240 °C by elastic recoil detection analysis. This dependence is found to be well described the following expression: D =0.37(+1.30−0.28)exp{−[(126.1 ±5.2)kJ/ mol/RT]} cm2/s.
