摘要: Poikiloderma of Civatte (PC) is a condition the middle aged fair-skinned women and men. It characterized by triad superficial skin atrophy, telangiectasia, reticulate pattern pigmentary alterations (both hyperpigmentation hypopigmentation). Discoloration usually profound at lateral aspects cheeks, lower anterior neck, V shape upper chest. The submental area, shaded shin, spared (Fig. 7.1).1–14 Lesions are asymptomatic, although patients occasionally report itching, mild burning, flushing.
