Electronic Structure of One-Dimensional Extended Hubbard Model.

摘要: We investigated the one-dimensional extended Hubbard model with on-site interaction U and nearest-neighbor V by using numerical diagonalization method. Assuming Luttinger liquid relations, we obtained phase diagram of ground state on - plane. In weak coupling region, agrees result g -ology. On other hand, in strong region for ≫∣ t ∣, a novel superconducting appears both positive negative . also charge gap spin gap. The results suggest that extends over Tomonaga-Luttinger (without gap) Luther-Emery (with gap).
