摘要: The interplay between quarter-filled and half-filled umklapp scattering has been examined by applying the renormalization group method to a one-dimensional electron system with dimerization, on-site ( U ) nearest-neighbor V repulsive interactions. phase diagram on - plane is obtained at absolute zero temperature where Mott insulator (the charge ordered insulator) found for smaller (larger) . By choosing moderate parameter in region of insulator, it shown that resistivity exhibits crossover from behavior quarter-filling half-filling decreasing temperature.
