摘要: We aim to determine the cerebrospinal fluid levels of high mobility group box 1 in subarachnoid hemorrhage patients and investigate involvement receptor for advanced glycation end products pathogenesis post-subarachnoid neuronal death. The study included 40 (mean age, 59 ± 19 years) with Fisher's grade ≥ III aneurysmal hemorrhage. Cerebrospinal was collected on seventh day post-hemorrhage. Receptor expression examined rat brain tissue following cultured neurons exposed fluid. Therapeutic effects recombinant soluble form RAGE models were also investigated. results indicated that a higher level independently associated unfavorable outcome at three months (OR = 1.061, 95% CI: 1.005-1.121). Expression increased cells neuron stimulation Administration significantly reduced number positive TUNEL staining improved cell viability fluid-treated neurons. Thus, can be prognostic indicator treatment is novel approach
