摘要: The Rhythmia mapping system was recently launched and allows for rapid ultra-high-resolution electroanatomical mapping. We evaluated the feasibility, acute efficacy safety of this novel ablation atrial fibrillation (AF) left (LA) tachycardia (AT). A total 35 consecutive patients (age 64.3 ± 8.6 years, LA diameter 44.4 ± 5.8 mm) underwent catheter AF and/or AT. All procedures were performed using in conjunction with Orion mini-basket catheter. Pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) linear lesions applying radiofrequency (RF) energy. PVI confirmed by presence entrance exit block In addition, pacing maneuvers assessed bidirectional conduction across lesions. Procedure duration 110.3 ± 33 min, fast acquisition (FAM) time 19 ± 9 min. mean number 10165 ± 5904 points acquired during initial map 6379 ± 3191 a remap. 31 ± 15 RF applications delivered within 45 ± 22 min. Total fluoroscopy 21 ± 5, 5 ± 2 min used FAM. observed significant learning curve (p = 0.01). Complications included pericardial tamponade (n = 1), transient air embolism right coronary artery mild groin hematoma (n = 2). present study is largest to describe experience Rhythmia. achieved all patients. Applying ultra high-resolution under routine conditions leads high level confidence. More data will be mandatory before final conclusions can drawn.
