摘要: Background Catheter ablation has become the first line of therapy in patients with symptomatic, recurrent, drug-refractory paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Circumferential pulmonary vein is still standard approach these patients. The occurrence an atrioesophageal fistula a rare but life-threatening complication after such procedures. This due to fact that esophagus does frequently have very close anatomical relationship left or right ostia. aim our study was evaluate whether exclusion areas adjacent significant effect on success rate circumferential ablation.
