摘要: Endothelin-1 (ET-1) has been reported to mediate prostaglandin (PG) F(2)alpha (PGF(2)alpha)-induced luteolysis. Prostaglandins E (PGE; PGE(1)+PGE(2)) are associated with implantation, maternal recognition of pregnancy, and antiluteolytic luteotropic in vitro vivo. ET-1 increased PGE secretion by bovine luteal tissue from cows where estrus was not synchronized or when lutalyse did affect PGF(2)alpha progesterone secretion, which does support the concept that is luteolytic mediates Therefore, objective this experiment determine whether infused every 6h 2400 h on day 10-1800 18 ovine estrous cycle either into interstitial ovarian vascular pedicle (IP) intrauterine (IU) adjacent luteal-containing ovary ewes. Treatments were: Vehicle-IP; Vehicle-IU; ET-1-IP; ET-1-IU. Weights corpora lutea differed (P =0.05), but were heavier =0.05). Profiles jugular venous plasma both control groups treated Vehicle-IP Vehicle-IU lower =0.05) between ET-1-IP ET-1-IU treatment groups. Treatment each other. In summary, prevented decrease weights decline progesterone, PGE:PGF(2)alpha ratio compared controls. it concluded ewes, instead may be altering uterine ratio, since PGE(1) PGE(2) vivo, prevent PGF(2)alpha-induced luteolysis increase two-fold ewe endometrium during early pregnancy.
