摘要: Unidirectional fluxes of sodium were measured in jejunal loops rabbits exposed to cholera exotoxin. It was found that exotoxin caused an increased flux Na+ into the lumen, while out lumen not changed significantly. shown previously cycloheximide, inhibitor protein synthesis, prevents exotoxininduced fluid production by intestine. Measurement unidirectional demonstrated cycloheximide completely abolished exotoxin-induced increase loop significantly altering loop. is concluded intestinal solely blocking and water
