摘要: Objective To describe the motions which occur during rising from bed, specifically that appeared to characterize difficulty in a bed older adults. Design Development of Mobility assessment tool. Setting Retirement center and two university laboratories. Participants Three groups female volunteers: young controls (n = 17, mean age 24), community-dwelling adults 12, 71), retirement center-dwelling who admitted 15, 86). Intervention Videotaping occurring controlled rises supine sitting position. Main Outcome Measures These were rated on specially developed Bed Rise Difficulty (BRD) scale, scale designed measure movements adults. Subject compared total BRD score, individual item time rise. Item relationships reliability also assessed. Results Older with no apparent based rise or score nevertheless showed differences upper extremity use when controls. Older adult subjects other difficulty, differed more often their leg facilitate Five items, including pushes, discontinuity trunk motion, multiple shoulder/pelvic adjustments, poor vertical heel clearance may have best indicated true difficulty. Conclusions These data provide reliable valid method basis for biomechanical analyses strength joint ranges motion required bed.
