摘要: The present investigation aimed to clarify the physical functional abilities involved in disturbance of smooth rising from a supine position hemiplegic patients. study compared task performance time and between patients with or without gripping edge bed. Subjects comprising 21 were divided into 2 groups: those who needed grip bed rise (Group G, n=7); did not NG, n=14). groups displayed no significant differences background characteristics other than age, mean age for Group G significantly higher that NG. Rising 11 items measured all subjects. was NG (p<0.05). Neck-trunk-pelvis motor function lower (p<0.01), muscle tone abnormal more subjects (p<0.05) strength trunk rotation unaffected side weak No differed groups. These results suggest by display restricted performance, main factors leading requirement assistance seem be abnormality disability functions.
