摘要: Immunological methods are widely applied in medical diagnostics for the detection and quantification of a plethora analytes. Associated analytical challenges usually require these assays to be performed central laboratory. During last several years, however, clinical demand rapid immunodiagnostics immediate proximity patient has been constantly increasing. Biosensors constitute one key technologies enabling necessary, yet challenging transition immunodiagnostic tests from laboratory point care. This review is intended provide insights into current state this process with focus on role biosensor-based systems. To begin with, an overview standard presently employed at care given. The then moves demonstrate how biosensor reshaping landscape. Single analyte as well multiplexed immunosensors applicable scenarios presented.
