摘要: The antioxidant potential of different fractions Lenzites betulina was investigated. Fraction 2 showed the highest activity in 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and hydroxyl (OH) radical-scavenging assays. Three natural p-terphenyls were identified this fraction. structure a new compound established as 2-phenyl-[1H-2-benzopyran][4,3-e][p]benzoquinone addition to two other compounds, 2,5-diphenyl-3,6-dimethoxy-p-benzoquinone 2-phenyl-3-methoxy-[1H-2-benzopyran][4,3-e][p]benzoquinone that have been previously reported L. betulina. activities these evaluated by DPPH OH most active test (IC 50 = 37.69 μg/mL) little inhibition assay. chemical components L. betulina therefore some capacities, species could be used source antioxidants. Practical Applications Lenzites has kind medicinal fungus China. In order find its application, It found total ethanol extracts fraction strong antioxidative capacity 50 = 19.42 ± 0.4 μg/mL) similar ascorbic acid 50 = 20.55 ± 0.2 μg/mL). Meanwhile, three p-terphenyl (a known compounds) Compound 50 = 37.69 μg/mL), so antioxidants.
