摘要: There are six mouse histone H1 genes present in the gene cluster on chromosome 13. These encode five variants expressed somatic cells, H1a to H1e, and testis-specific H1t histone. Two of that have not been assigned previously subtypes identified as encoding H1b H1d subtypes. Three genes, H1a, H1c H1t, an 80 kb segment DNA contains nine core genes. others, a second patch, while is at least 500 away patch containing 14 The differentially expressed. All for proteins exponentially growing cells. However, levels mRNAs greatly reduced cells terminally differentiated or arrested G0, H1e continue be In addition major RNA ends stem-loop, expresses longer, polyadenylated mRNA although varying amounts. None other encodes detectable amounts mRNAs.
