摘要: Abstract There are many data on the activity of RB gene in neural differentiation and apoptosis, but role pRb2/p130 neuronal glial maturation has been far less investigated. To elucidate astrocyte development we overexpressed this protein astrocytoma normal cultures by adenoviral-mediated transfer. In cells, p130/RB2 overexpression resulted a significant reduction cell growth an increased G 0 /G 1 population. We did not observe any induction programmed death as determined TUNEL reaction. Interestingly, induced differentiation. Astrocyte cycle arrest seemed to proceed through way distinct from p53 pathway.
