Évaluation des apports nutritionnels chez des nouveau-nés prématurés au CHU de Bordeaux : étude observationnelle en 2014

摘要: Introduction : L’alimentation du premature reste un defi. De nombreuses etudes ont montre la difficulte a atteindre et maintenir les apports recommandes. Objectif Evaluer nutritionnels reellement recus par nouveau-nes prematures en comparant aux recommandations actuelles de litterature. Methode Il s’agit d’une etude prospective observationnelle monocentrique realisee entre le 01/02/14 31/08/14 chez tous moins 33 semaines d’amenorrhees hospitalises au CHU Bordeaux pour une duree minimale 6 semaines. Le recueil des donnees nutritionnelles anthropometriques ete realise jusqu’a sortie l’hopital. Pour chaque enfant, on calcule z score ponderal hebdomadaire. Les compares (ESPGHAN 2005 2010, Nutritional care of preterm infants) Resultats 41 enfants inclus avec âge gestationnel median 29 [28 ; 30] poids naissance 1146 [900 1340] grammes. energetiques recommandes atteints 3e jour vie. Apres semaines, deficits cumules medians -28.0 [-302.7 400.9] kcal/kg. protidiques pendant 2 premieres vie, puis chute partir semaine vie ce qui entraine deficit proteique cumule -7.5 [-13.7 -0.68] g/kg On parallelement observe majoration cours aboutissant delta -0.7 [-0.4 -0.8] Conclusion energetiques, glucidiques lipidiques sont conformes actuelles. Neanmoins, protocole optimise ne permet pas apport protidique suffisant Dans notre etude, presentent restriction croissance ponderale que l’on pourrait relier l’ampleur protidiques.
