摘要: In this paper we develop the end-use energy model for assessing policy options to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions. This evaluates effects of imposing a carbon tax on various carbon-emitting technologies reducing CO2 It also estimates effect combining with other countermeasure policies, such as introduction subsidies. The problem can be formulated two-level mathematical programming. Solution methods are discussed, and an algorithm solve subsidy is presented. conditions under which conservation would selected analyzed different rates reduction emissions calculated based these technologies. Finally, evaluate subsidies using recycled revenues from tax.
