摘要: (Craig and others 1978, August 1980,Genta Schad 1984, Rubash 1986, Pinckney others1988),Great Britain (Crawford 2000),Ireland (Torgerson andothers 1997) Spain (Carrasco 1997).Clinical disease has been generally associated withimmunocompromised or stressed young dogs of toy breeds(Craig 1980, Genta andSchad 1988, Carrasco others1997), although there have reports clinical inimmunocompetent (Rubash 1986,Torgerson 1997), immunocompromised adult (Valentineand Georgi 1987) in after a period kennels(Crawford 2000). Affected diffuse pul-monary bronchointerstitial alveolar infiltrates as resultof marked focal granulomatous reaction lung tissuedirected against dying dead worms 1978,August 1980,Pinckney 1988,Torgersonand 1997).This pathological pattern may be confusedwith drug-induced neoplastic lesions other lesionsinduced by pathogenic organisms (Georgi Anderson1975,Genta 1984).The diagnosis is based on find-ing ova larvae airway washings the faeces(August others1988). The are approximately 250 µm long acharacteristic S-shaped tail with slight kink.
