Pregabalin for the management of neuropathic pain in adults with cancer: a systematic review of the literature.

摘要: Objective: To systematically identify and appraise the current literature of pregabalin in treatment neuropathic pain resulting from cancer or treatment. Design: A systematic review was conducted based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses. Interventions Subjects: Studies reporting data adult (>18 years) patients with experiencing due to treatment/surgery were considered eligible inclusion. Methods: search PubMed February 22, 2012 using following terms: "neuropath* AND OR oncology tumor tumour pregabalin." Open access journals also searched. Abstracts screened reviewed eligibility predetermined criteria Data intensity, interference, quality life, symptom global impression change, satisfaction, adverse effects predefined factors analysis. summarized descriptively variations study outcome measures.
