摘要: Incidental gall bladder cancer is one which diagnosed on the histopathological examination of a grossly normal removed with preoperative diagnosis stone disease. Majority patients incidental require reoperation for completion extended cholecystectomy, i.e., liver wedge resection and lymphadenectomy. The role port-site excision debatable. In addition to T stage, presence residual disease at most important factor predicting outcome. Histopathological all bladders strongly recommended so as not miss an cancer, eminently curable.
