摘要: Over the past few years there has been a great deal of interest in reducing experimental systems to lab-on-a-chip scale. There particular conducting high-throughput screening studies using microscale devices, for example stem cell research. Microwells have emerged as structure choice such tests. Most manufacturing approaches microwell fabrication are based on photolithography, soft lithography, and etching. However, some these require extensive equipment, lengthy process, modifications existing patterns costly. Here we show convenient, fast, low-cost method fabricating microwells culture applications by laser ablation polyester film coated with silicone glue. Microwell diameter was controlled adjusting power speed, well depth stacking several layers film. By this setup, device containing hundreds can be fabricated minutes analyze behavior. Murine embryonic cells human hepatoblastoma were seeded different sizes showed that after 9 days aggregates formed without noticeable deleterious effect These results platform may useful applications. The ease adds appeal minimal technological skill equipment is required.
