摘要: Intra-abdominal hypertension occurs in 50% of all patients admitted to the intensive care unit and is associated with significant morbidity mortality. defined as a sustained, pathologic rise intra-abdominal pressure 12 mm Hg or more. Patients may progress abdominal compartment syndrome. Early identification treatment this condition will improve patient outcome. at risk for include those major traumatic injury, surgery, sepsis, burns, pancreatitis, ileus, massive fluid resuscitation. Predisposing factors decreased wall compliance, increased intraluminal contents, peritoneal cavity capillary leak/fluid
