摘要: Endofibrosis (EF) of the iliac arteries is a flow-limiting condition typically seen in highly trained endurance athletes. Thirty-seven athletes (74 limbs) were referred to our department with suspected EF. All patients had pre- and postexercise color Doppler ultrasound (CDU) arteries. waveform peak systolic velocity (PSV) end-diastolic (EDV) assessed postexercise. was diagnosed CDU 24 (29 limbs). Arterial wall course abnormalities detected at rest 20 (67%) symptomatic limbs 4 (22%) without Postexercise abnormal waveforms stenotic/damped type all 29 These changes accompanied by high PSV (>350 cm/s) EDV (>150 cm/s), (n = 10; 34%) or 19; 66%) evidence reduced arterial lumen caliber. Color can be used detect
