摘要: We assessed the association between high ankle–brachial index (ABI) and cardiovascular disease (CVD) peripheral arterial (PAD) in Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). The ABI was measured, foot inspection performed 2080 outpatients T2DM. clinical characters different levels were analyzed, diagnostic value of to CVD PAD determined. Compared normal group, (>1.3) group had a higher prevalence but less than low (≤0.9) group. High an independent risk factor for development PAD. Receiver–operating characteristic curve analysis showed that optimal cutoff predict 1.43 1.45, respectively. odds ratio 2.25 6.97, respectively, after adjusting other confounding factors. In conclusion, indicated populations
