摘要: Presented here are three cases of severe leptospirosis, one icteric and two pulmonary hemorrhagic, that occurred in patients Styria, Austria. Leptospirosis presents with protean nonspecific manifestations. Thus, as these emphasize, the key to diagnosis may be maintaining a high index suspicion for disease previously healthy febrile septic shock, acute renal hepatic dysfunction respiratory failure requiring intensive care.
