摘要: Proteomics, the global study of protein expression and characteristics, has recently emerged as a key component in field molecular analysis. The dynamic nature proteins, from ion channels to chaperones, presents challenge, yet understanding these molecules provides rich source information. When applying proteomic analysis directly human tissue samples, additional difficulties arise. following article an overview current tools used tissues, beginning with conventional methods such western blot 2D polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. most high-throughput techniques being today are also reviewed.
