摘要: The study focused on the release of glutamate by reversal Na + -dependent transporters that was investigated in cortical synaptosomes isolated from Wistar rats subjected to centrifuge-induced hypergravity 10×g for 1 h. Transportable competitive inhibitor transporters—DL-threo-beta-hydroxyaspartate (DL-THA) induced L-[14C]glutamate via heteroexchange consisted 22.5 ± 1.7% total label normal gravity and 23.7 altered conditions. Inhibition ability synaptic vesicles accumulate neuromediator preliminary treatment with protonophore (FCCP) augmented cytosolic evoked DL-THA 44.0 2.0% 52.0 2.3% G-loaded animals as compared controls. Thus, combined application FCCP revealed increase transporter-mediated might be evidence hypoxic injury neurons.
