摘要: Outcome measures for the assessment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) have been subject considerable research in last decade, largely through contributions ASessments Ankylosing Spondylitis (ASAS) International Working Group. This review focuses on measurement disease activity, physical function and structural damage AS, both daily patient care to measure treatment response clinical trials. The ASAS Core Sets AS are an important tool guide monitoring, domains they contain discussed, along other possible concepts care, including imaging health-related quality life. In trials, therapy using Response Criteria is a valuable means determining efficacy allows comparison across trials interventions.
