摘要: At present, the use of asbestos is not regulated at a worldwide scale. Moreover, there latency period between exposure and manifestations asbestos-related diseases. Consequently, pulmonologists are still dealing with consequences exposure, which mainly occur pleural surface. The aim this review to provide an overview We summarized most relevant data for diagnosis management benign effusions, plaques, diffuse thickening rounded atelectasis. Special attention dedicated malignant mesothelioma, given challenging issues disease, recent advances in its dynamism research area.
